Our 6ftx4ft Interceptor Drum Store like the Interceptor Drip Tray is one of a range of products designed on a simple concept that oil floats on water. This is a unique innovation with a patented system that allows rainwater to pass through the Interceptor and holds back the oil or oil based chemicals in the catchment area. The major advantage with Garic Ltd’s Interceptor Drum Store range over other Drum stores available on the market, is that through our patented design, when it rains only water escapes and the oil stays contained in the tray (even if it rains all night). The Interceptor Drum Store range has no moving parts and works by using a series of internal chambers. This causes the water and oil to separate, allowing the water to be drained off and contain the oils safely and environmentally until you can have it removed from site. Storage capacity - 6 x 45 gallon drums + a 450mm deep high-level storage shelf for tins etc. Weight - 650kgs dry weight. Specification - S275 graded steel. Heavy duty drip tray (see drip tray spec for more info). Sight level gauge and rainwater overflow, lockable heavy duty steel cage with steel plate roof. Optional extras - drum storage racks.
