The Enviro "Maff Style" Wheel Wash System is a fully environmentally friendly wheel washing system which is totally self contained with its own power, water filtration and water recirculation. Like the Enviro Wheel Wash System it gives you a fully powered spray wash which cleans all the chassis and tyres of any large vehicle on site (not suitable for cars) albeit at slightly less force and with our specially developed magic eye system it's fully automated and doesn't require anyone to work it once installed. You don't require any electrics, it runs off a simple and reliable 3" diesel pump. The only difference is that this unit has been designed with a small trough to contain and recalculate the water instead of the reservoir (as with the standard Enviro Wheel Wash System) and with the included entry and exit ramps you have a fully automated self contained , self powered wheel wash system which can be installed and used on any site with the need for excavation. Ideal for smaller more compact sites which have heavier than normal soil types but don't have the facility to excavate the ground. Dimensions - wash area - 6m x 3m x 1.6m water trough - 600mm x 6m x 450mm 4 x internal road sections - 3m long each (see floor plan for layout). Specification - built from S275 steel plate strengthened by S275 Box section. Galvanised steel road sections, 3" diesel pump, interceptor drip tray, innovative magic eye system, directional signs, ball cock water system and fully automated control box.
